Does the hagen fixture have individual reflectors?
no, just one piece, similar to the Nova fixtures

I don't think that my parents would be really into me being 14 and getting aquarium snails from a person that I get information from over the internet, and have never really met before but it's worth a try.

I could ship them to you. That wouldn't cost too much, but I don't know how well they would do with this heat.

Well... I talked with my dad, we could meet you somewhere. He was hesitent but said "Sure."

The nova fixtures have individual reflectors. They're formed from one sheet, but it contours around each bulb.

wow it was great reading all this info, i think i will probably go with fishneedit 4' 2 6700k bulbs t5 fixture for my 135g.

If you do end up getting this fixture PLEASE tell me whether or not you like it. If it rusts or anything like that.

Two things to do. First, get a good bulb. Trash the ones you have. Many bulbs will be labeled as 6500/6700K, but they aren't. Go with either a geissman, hagen life glo, or blue life bulb. Second, limit your lighting. 14 hours is over kill, big time. Go withe 8-10 hours max.
:iagree:
