Thats it? Small % verse Thousands of arowana owner. No wonder Govt keep trying to ban most import, since the finally realize that "we" are hurting the environment more then helping. Just like what they are doing now trying to ban some imports. People keep buying and buying since they keep dying. Ask urself how many fish you kill since starting the hobby and how many fish u keep in the tanks.

there's probably more people that keep arowanas in a big tank/pond by itself but dont go on this website nevertheless know about it. Doesnt sounds like you're a really good fish keeper if you keep buying and buying and they keep dying. I dont know anyone who buys the same fish to have it die on him more than once. I dont ask myself how many fish i killed, i ask myself what i did wrong in keeping this fish causing it to die and i learn from the mistake. Only an idiot would buy the same fish over and over again to have it die again because he didnt learn or find out what he did wrong. idk how you started talkin about the govt. but i think someone is just ignorant or jealous of other having bigger tanks than oneself, or possible not having the funds to purchase such fish and hate on most threads to feel better about oneself. but i agree wit the guy above me, dont give advice
