I used to keep different bettas, tetras, goldfish, etc. When I was a teenager(96-00). I just recently got back into it last summer, by picking up a 29 gallon at the LPS. In a few short months I have a 3, 10, 10, 20, 29, 55, and a 75. I would only put my IQ at a 1 or 2 though, because there is so much to learn!!!!
your on your way to having your own fish emporiam... won't that be nice..

I've had fish around since I was 3 years old & i'm 17 now so i've been fishkeeping for 14 years & still going strong, your always learning new things. I've had thousands of fish, 3,015 to be exact i've kept the numbers in a notebook, I would write the species & how many I had & it just continued over the years. But you NEVER KNOW EVERYTHING, because if you did fishkeeping wouldn't be fun & you wouldn't feel the reward of accomplishment of a job well done.

Wow!!! Deep thoughts that ring so true!!!

He did a good job at looking remorseful... poor guy.... he is even more endearing... lol..

I started in the early 70's with goldfish won at the fair. I didnt really start doing serious fish keeping until around 1984. Ive hadl both fresh and salt and had my fair share of mistakes and lessons learned and still learning. Currently I have no salt but have been collecting a fair share of Flowerhorns. I would place them in the CA/SA catagory and currently CA/SA are my fish of choice.
I dont think I can put a number for IQ.

i really hate that the state fair and fairs in general have those poor goldfish in the tiny jars..mostly doomed... but their sacrafice sure has started alot of fishkeepers into the hobby... that state fair goldfish has earned our respect... :D

Started at age 20 and I'm 41 now. I am by no means an expert and always reading and learning new things.

I've been fish keeping for around 14 years. It's a wonderful hobby, and you always learn new things as the years go on.
