How Long Have You Been Fishkeeping...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a 15 yr old TB and a 5 yr old Saddlebred :screwy: Had the TB for 10 yrs now and the saddlebred i got last year traded my paint i raised from 4 monthes for him. :D couldn't ask for sweeter horses. why i got rid of the paint she was a :angryfire mare. lol. Geldings for me! :headbang2

fishkeepeing and horsekeeping go nice together. Got the horses for outdoors and the fish for indoors. though i think the horses are abit more costly

I have been keeping fish off and on for about 40 years. I started back when we used angle hair in box filters and when we cleaned the tank ( every 6 months or so ) we took the fish out and put them in any bucket we could find (clean or not) and scrubed the tank and gravel and filter... then wondered why the fish would die after giving them nice clean water without treating it...then changing the water again and again, because it became cloudy.
I would like to think that I learned alot since then, but I still have much more to learn.
