How many dog people?

Gorgeous dogs you have!Now this is my type of post! I run a small Kennel for American Bulldogs I currently show them with the ABRA and I have done some Schutzhund training and I participate in Sport Dog events. My male Zuko is 24" at the withers and weighs 105lbs Has not lost a sprint race yet! 40 yard dash in 3.89seconds!
I also plan on doing some hog hunting with Roz and Zuko later this year.
I am definitely a dog person, but sadly I am without a dog...been so for a few years due to my current situation. We had an awesome hunting-trained (mostly for pheasants) liver and white English Setter when I was a baby that lead me to say my first word..."dog". We've always had dogs, a couple labs after the setter, and now mini schnauzers. My parents have three of them right now. I used to live with them, but not anymore. My mom doesn't do anything with them, so they're not very balanced dogs. When we had hunting dogs, they were much better trained. I've been jonesing to get myself a dog, but it's really hard living by yourself and going out of town a lot, which is why I settled for a stupid cat for now.
My father trains waterfowl and upland hunting dogs (mostly Labs) in his spear time. He's been all over the US to judge and run his dogs in field trials and a couple of them have even been on ESPN.
