I listen more to grunge and punk rock but I do like some metal. Pantera and Tool are up there, and my favorite metal band is Acid Bath.

I have plenty of metal in my head(and elsewhere but I won't get into that). It doesn't hurt too bad but having a couple ounces of steel and titanium sticking out of your body does make airport security a pain in the you know where.
