Considering we are one of only 7 states that pay their waitresses/waiters min wage, I wouldn't think so. But then again, you probably would.

not to get into it again but all tipped workers in all states make min wage

but I don't mind immature people calling me names as long as they have a valid argument for doing so

they pretty much never have a valid reason other than being wrong so they resort to the insults
 
Fifteen bucks an hour is damned good money for working at KFC or Donkin Donuts...just sayin.

Actually, only 7 states have to pay their tipped works min wage ... all others don't have to. The businesses still can, but it's not required:

Yeah, but of course those places won't have dollar menus any more ... so those of us visiting the city have to pay out the nose for a meal. Stupid idea really. It will just raise the prices of things in the city.
