How much electricity is my tank using?

this whole time i thought that the filter used more electricity...just because its running 24/7 lol
I turned down the heater temp to 76 and turned off the light...so i think ill keep it running since i now know that it only costs a few bucks a month to run

btw they are exodons, i have a shoal of around 35 in a 75 gallon ;]

Can't believe I forgot this-- put your tank in front of a window. In the day, it soaks up rays and stays warm. If you need to cut off some sun, close the drapes/blinds. Cheapest heat there is. You get more algae, but that can be scraped off or eaten by mollies or farlowellas (great choice for your tank-- voracious algae eaters too and don't get as large or unsightly as plecos). Unless you're in the basement... still any sun helps!
Yeah.. My tanks get sunlight. I don't even have a hood for lighting. If you need some extra cash, breed some fish and sell them
