I a have 1 open 10 gallon tank that i want to stick with endlers. How much endlers can I put in a 10 gallon tank. I want them to breed so what would be a good ratio in a 10 gallon tank.

You don’t want to start with too much, so anywhere from 1-3 males and 3-8 females, more females if more males.

From my experience with livebearers it doesn't really matter how many you start with; Given proper care and cover they will breed and the babies will survive and the entire tank will become populated. That being said, keep a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 male to female when buying them. It is probably safest to get at least 2 males and 4-6 females to account for any loses during travel or sickness.

does anyone here have tips on keeping guppies alive?
At it’s simplest, hard, alkaline water, clean tank, good food, no predators. These guys are pretty hardy and accepting of wide ranges.
