How much is too much?

I would be wary in regards to aggression between the sev and the angel. Sevs comes with individual personalities, so some can be punks..... particularly when they hit a certain maturity level. Due to its shape, an angel fish could be viewed as another sev.

Oh darn... I was hoping the similarity would encourage a friendship between the two...

My angel petunia is very sweet and seems to not even notice the rambunctious rainbows. She seems pretty submissive and is a people watcher and will eat out of my hand like I've read severums will do.

It could out, but there's just no guarantee.....when it comes to temperament and hormonal changes.

I have sevs and angels together and they do great! But my tank is a 135 gallon so the extra room could be a factor as to why it works so well. Be prepared for your plants to get nibbled on by the sev.

Thanks!
All but 2 of the plants are fake ;)
It took me quite a while to talk my husband into letting me have the 75 gallon and even then I was pushing for more! I guess if it doesn't work out it will be a great excuse to set up another tank!!!
