How much would you pay for a used tank?

I got offered a 125 gallon 6 foot long for FREE!! Yes FREE! And stupid me wasn't allowed to get it
My dad said no I don't have room for one yet next house I wanna get a big one so I can put it in the garage so no problem about space in house lol

i would have grabbed that sucker and placed it at a buddy's house until my dad gave in. Don't you hate it when you can get sheeet even if it is free????

It all depends on what comes with it, I always check craigslist and just got an amazing deal. 3 year old 90 gallon tank, with a beautiful stand, and a new $350 sump, all for $150.

some of them are outrageous i seen 55's go for like 375 used with filter and everything i still wouldnt pay that much

Bought a 125G tank for $120 on ebay. It was only used as a terrarium so it was in great shape.

I wonder if they really sell for that, or if the seller either gives up or sells for a lot less.

my 120 with complete base and finished wooden canopy, 7 fish (2 of them >9-10 inches) along with all rock/gravel and complete sump with pump/heater....etc for 300.

Ok...I found a 125 gallon tank within 2 hour drive from where I live, guy was asking for $200 but said he will go $150. Anything I should look for before handing over the cash?
