You will find out soon enough if and when they start killing each other as they grow out.
hehe

Definite black background also.
:D

Nah I had a black background before, looked boring...the blue is not as light as it looks in the photo, its a really dark blue and you can bareley see the picture on it.

You say they will kill eachother yet theres plenty of threads on here with people keeping things like Oscars,Green Terrors,Red Devils,Jaguars all together in 6ft tanks with large plecs...

I mean this tank maybe 2 foot shorter but the fish are alot smaller and a lot more peaceful..

I mean whats worse...

2 Blue Acaras,3 Severums,Festivum,2 Angels,Geophagus,Rainbow Cichlid in a 4 foot

or

2 Oscars,Red Devil,Green Terror,Jaguar and a 3ft plec in a 6ft.

I think my option is better.

Anyway we shall see i suppose.

If it does get bad i'll rehome the Latifrons,Angels and Rainbow and possibley one of the Severums....depending on sexes...as far as i know my adult Gold is a male and the 2 smaller guys are females.

I'd eventually ge the geo brasilensis out of there and cut the numbers on the severums, but other than that, if you keep up with the water quality the aggression might not be that bad

Severums and the geo are my faves tho!

So they say around this forum...i never understood that :S

Everywhere else just says they are territorial....like mine is now,the only thing he dont like is other Geos that I have tried.

they don't compares still with some of the larger aggressive cichlids people keep on here, but still they are more aggressive than the typical festivum, blue acara, severum for the most part

When do they get agressive? Mine is between 5-6" probably closer to 6"...fully coloured up,he just ignores the much larger Severum and all the other fish in there.

I have had him for 6 months and hes probably grown half a "

there's always exceptions, but considering that you have smaller and more passive species in there, I wouldn't risk it.
