so your saying drill my overflow holes before i glass it? wouldnt it be easier to do it after then drill it out, and seal it with bulkheads?
Poly resin is cheaper and will do just fine...
Just to be sure of a good sealing surface, I'd glass the bulkhead holes and use a spare bulkhead fitting to make the area perfectly flat before it hardens/cures...

Yea seeing as its a lot cheaper then west systems epoxy, im going to go with the polyester resin and glass, and then seal it with the aquatic ecosystems epoxy..
yeeeea i just took a look at the prices of westsystems epoxy, oooww boy
not to get off topic. Should i run 2 1.5" overflows or should i go bigger?

I just scanned the thread...didn't see a size, how big is your tank going to be?
hmmm. for the hole tank to properly cure well after being fiberglassed does it all have to be done in one general run? or can i do some one day, and do some more another?
And how do you suggest going about doing the walls? just one big sheet across, or should i do it in vertical strips?

You can do it in steps. The only problem with one big sheet is you have more of a chance of air bubbles poppin up.
