How to grow my Red Snakehead fish fast?

I have bought 2 Red Snakeheads from a local fish store. I keep them in a natural pond which is 2 meters in diameter and 15+ meters deep.I have 5 Catfishes,2 Giant Gouramis and 2 flying barbs with my new snakeheads.They are just 4 inches and I want to grow them as much as they are grown.I want to know what are foods I should give for them and what are the changes that I must do for my target.

I would stock some Livebearers and hope they start reproducing before they are consumed. The key to growing out fish quickly is high protein food and water changes.

I gave them high protein pellets but they didn't even looked at it.I change water 10-20 litres per 3 days.Is that enough? How to feed them protein contained foods?
