How to start a fish store?

i wouldnt start a fish store anytime soon unless you have a lot of money to start w/ and you wanna start a very large fish store. most if not all small lfs around here are suffering except for the very large fish stores but even then they're not makin as much money as they used to. 2 of my favorite lfs went out of business recently. i'd keep it safe and wait till the economy isn't so shi***.

I just finished a layout on graph paper. Hopefully i can find a store that is 2500sq for sale.
I wrote some numbers down.
About 42,000 dollars for 168 40gallon tanks (then buying filter/lights/heaters. I said about 250 dollars each. 168x250=42000
Ill give an estimate not sure on prices of seting up shelves/ other things for wood.
About 10,000
20,000 dollars in 180gallon tanks for bigger fish, and displays.Including 1000gallon.
Ill ahve about 48, 40gallon tanks for reptiles. So thats about another 150-200 for set up. 10,000
Aother 5,000-10,000 for salt water set ups.
Thats about 42+10+20+10+10=92,000 dollars for the set ups etc.
Then i still need to get live stock, and things to stock shop.
Plus computer for sales.
About 120-150,000 ? Total?
So about 120-150,000 dollars
If anyone knows anything of pricees i missed?

I mean just for the set upp, salt dispenser etc not live stock that is totaled with my livestock etc. So about 140-200k is what i am looking at for prices. Thanks for posting
