How to start a fish store?

yeah good point but alot of people have seen this thread and recognize your tank. I would rather be safe than sorry and take it out.
 
there is no money in it unless you maintain tanks for people. been in the business over 10 yrs. & my store owners been the same one for over 25 yrs. trust me there is little or no money to be made in retail sales. the internet deals (craigslist) have killed profits. GOOD LUCK!!!

double post, thanks for your post. Craigslist has really nothign to do with anything. Most people like to buy new tanks but some buy it on craigs list used bc it is cheap. But craigslist doesnt have a great variety of fish. Only what people put on it. And where i am from craiglist is very very small in the fish side only about 1 tank every couple days. More people like to go to lfs.
