Huge fish that can cohab with tiny fish?

An adult Serrasalmus Rhombeus will do good with small tetras because they usually can't catch them, for example, this video..

Niger catfish are gentle giants. I currently have 1 white cloud in with 3 that range from 22" to 32". The other white clouds were claimd by the filter. The 3 larger gator gars also ignore the white cloud, but I wouldn't suggest them.
 
South American lungfish won't bother small fish.

Being over 15" I'm fairly certain he wont take too much notice of fish so small. He's kept well fed. I'll put the neons in with the thought of them being feeders and if it works out then great.

Also hes a mala, not aimara or other aggressive species.
 
silver Arowana and and albino senegulas bichirs. The silvers can get around 3 or 4 feet while the not so large albino bichir reach a meer 8 inches. Fairly large size difference but no harm done.
