Huge fish that can cohab with tiny fish?

It depends on the fish a rtc may work mine leaves everything alone. I would say a safe bet would be a ID shark though

flagtails, more plecos, niger catfish, african filter shrimp, maybe some type of mormyrid,

What about severums?
They have pretty small mouths, but if it will fit, they'll eat it. When I occasionally give my oscar live feeders, the sev always joins in the chase even if he can't actually fit in his mouth

African Leaf Fish-- they only get about 6" though...

Giant Gourami- but they get HUGE

Discus

Fancy Goldfish- lol.

I agree with bala sharks and discus. Also, clown loaches.

a big Goldfish

I have a friend with a pond stocked with koi. He decided to add some small comet goldfish to the pond and watched as the koi ate every single one. The Doctor
