so they sent a trapper who clearly has little experience with venomous snakes to deal with a venomous snake, imo thats just asking for trouble. i dont think he had to kill it

That thing is crazy. I cant even imagine being the one called in to catch that thing. I have had too many snakes bite me to do that. But then again I always find the worst times to pick them up.

Snakes don't kill, snakes survive. They don't have governments and laws.

There was no reason to kill that large show specimen of a snake. They could have taken it to a zoo or any reptile santuary in florida. I know they take ven. snakes in florida as I've talked to a few about taking a couple cobras I had. It really angers me that these ignorent people had to kill it.

That's sad to waste the poor beast because of some "trappers" ignorance. I'm no snake wrestler either but I bet I could have bagged it unharmed.
