I highly doubt it was 7ft 3........ possibly a 6 footer
lol you and me both.

1. Person A- "That's the biggest one I've ever seen"
Person B- "Yup, sure is"
Person A- "Better kill it"
Person B- "Sure had"

2. Last time I saw a large snake in the newspaper it was an impossibly large 400 pound burmese, that was more like 200 pounds. In this story - "The snake has already shrunk in size". I'm sure it has. People wanting 15 mins of fame, media want their BS story. Maybe I'm too cynical.

I agree, no reason to kill it. If the guy isn't a snake wrestler then get out of the business
of catching nuisance animals. That is his job to catch and relocate.

Its a pity they had to kill it...
just think how long it took for the snake to get to that size
sigh... the trapper probably has a story to tell his buddies now

LOL, shrunk in size due to it being frozen.

Yea, that's my excuse too.

How come people only find exotic snakes and what not when I not around. Last year they killed a 6 footer outside my folks development, less than 18 hours after I left. :irked: Both of these snakes would probably still be alive if I where, un after capture they (law enforcement) said it had to be killed, I would just call around to road side zoos or gardens. A big record holder like is a great crowed pleaser/drawer.:nilly:

What a Moron!!

Goes by the profession of snake trapper, is called by the authorities because of his profession, BUT, because he is not a snake wrestler he just kills it.

Mankind at its best!

What a beautifull beast!
