I could never take a lion. A mountain lion, yes. My buddy and I were stocked by one for nearly a mile before I had enough and dropped some duck load into his ass.

I would love to go on a boar hunt with dogs. My American bulldog would do it now but I couldn't risk that.

I don't think bear or mountain lion hunts with dogs is very sporting. Shooting a treed animal takes zero skill.

Are we even talking about the same animal?

Do you guys have real boars over there, or those wild, feral, hogs?

We have boars that are like buffaloes...
 
one time i wanted to catch a bird with a milk crate and a string attached to it. i put food under it to lure it in and i did manage to close the crate but the bird was small enough to escape through the holes.

Fully agreed.

In here we hunt them with mixed packs ( boars i mean ), mainly composed by dogo argentinos, podengo ibicenco and some presas for grabbing and holding.

I know you guys have protective bpvests over there. In here dogsget gutted like hell.

But there is no hunting as going, or riding, with the hounds, only with a knife and do the kill.

I did it so often. Grew up with it.
