Hunting w/ Primitive Tactics

in my humble opinion, if i'm a hunter, there is no animal I won't take. I don't see one animal more majestic than the other.

I will take any animal that is legal. be it boar, deer, cougar, wolf, tiger, liger, lion, rhino. if I paid for it and do it legit, that animal is going down.

My question to those who thinks bears and lions are too majestic to harvest, if cows became almost extinct, would they then become majestic? what makes an animal more majestic than the other?

I could never take a lion. A mountain lion, yes. My buddy and I were stocked by one for nearly a mile before I had enough and dropped some duck load into his ass.

I would love to go on a boar hunt with dogs. My American bulldog would do it now but I couldn't risk that.

I don't think bear or mountain lion hunts with dogs is very sporting. Shooting a treed animal takes zero skill.

In the area in Cali that I live in I have hunted with hounds 5 different times and walked about 25 miles Al together. It's not just let the dogs out and you get a bear. But I guess that doesn't matter anymore since it is now illegal in Cali.

I would only be brave enough spear a baby bear

I was close enough last year when I checked my trail cam at sunset before the season. Within about 10 feet.

Yea I can kinda understand that. It would be nicer if at least in Cali if they let you hunt in the spring when bears are more active during the day.
