i only know of one person that has kept 2 armatus together successfully. sorry but 3 armatus together at the 9'' range is NOT keeping them together successfully. IMO

Quite contradict, don't you think?:ROFL:

Mine went from 4" to 12" in three months. I have noticed a sharp decline in growth rate since he hit 12"

jlnguyen, youve had your fish together for what...two months? That is nothing. Now if you can do it two years or more (still nothing compared to the life of the fish) then you have successfully done it!

:grinno: :grinno: :grinno: One month is one month... Two months are two months... One year is one year... Two years are two years... Never keep two together... that's NOTHING :ROFL:

I hope you can keep them together for an extended period of time. Would be cool! For some reason I think they may end up like the first two you got.

 You think, or are you praying for it to happen? :D Oh well, we're all fail as babies to learn standing and walking as men! :naughty: I'm an optimistic person :)

i know i contradicted myself but u know what i mean. i wish u the best of luck, but i just dont see it working. i guess just because it didnt work for me, dosnt mean it wont work for u. maybe if u can get them off live food and provide a huge tank it could be very possible. i just wish i would have took the veterans of this sites advice when they tried to warn me. it took me the loss and injury of many fish to realize they are just mean SOB's that wont work in a comm tank.

I do understand what you meant, and I was just messing with you :D After the first incident, I take extra cautious measure with these guys... Any sign of aggression and they'll be solitaire :headbang2 Of course I hope they'll get along so I don't have too many big tank in my house :grinno:

yes.
i ws LUCKY.
but i never saw them imprtoed before except that time when it was labelled as a scomb and was mixed with a few of hem.

I put some really nice pics of my vampires Id like some opinions on if their SCOMBS or not . From the comments made on other peoples fish their probably SCOMBS. And thats ok now the challenge is to grow them larger then 12 inches. You will see when viewing my pics that they are very healthy and have a good chance growing larger than the 12 inch mark. PLEASE comment even if your not interested in commenting the pics came out really nice and are worth while checking out.
