Sometimes all it takes is a new manager or a few good employees leaving and BAM.
Learned the hard way when a LFS started paying their staff in part on "commission."

But pointing my finger at my g/f before i knew her was what helped me hook up with her... so i guess finger pointing does help on occasion... (sorry couldn't resist)
its not the information you presented him, its how you did it.. AGAIN, theres a NICE way to say everything... and no one is freaking out, just simply saying that not everyone is a frog EXPERT. Nor are they an expert on every species that is posted about on this site, THEREFORE if they make a mistake, or have made one in the past, there is NO reason to bash them. Using nice words and staying calm (as i have done) shows your willing to teach and show them how to become better fish keepers rather then upset and turn them into trolling kids with a "vast" knowledge on every topic

well i wont be having this problem again.. i learned my friggin lessonas for posting on controversial threads.. idk we all have that itch to scratch.. thank u all i have learned a ton of stuff about frogs all in one day
i have a 20 gallon with two golden mystery snails that i love very much.. well i was looking up good tank mates for them and found aquatic frogs are perfect! soo i go to my retarded lfs store to buy a few and they were selling african clawed frogs under the name african dwarf frogs.. ahhh grrrrwell i come home and put them in the tank and start doing some research.. come to find out they get huge and eat ANYTHING that comes near them!! NOT the same as a dwarf frog, which stay tiny and arent aggressive. this is the TENTH time at least they have screwed me up with horribly wrong labeling, sexing ect. one has already accidentally (while psychotically trying to scarf whatever) injured my snail and its pouting in its shell
im taking them back tomorrow morning with a few choice words they wont like.. its a real shame since i have children that will be upset with them being returned (hopefully i can find another store with the RIGHT FROGS!!!!)
Big clue: If they screwed you the 1st and the 2nd time....... why the heck would you allow them to screw you 8 more times?
Get with the times and get a smart phone. Unfortunately smart phones will not make you any smarter, however you will have information instantly at our finger tips so you will seem smarter.
I had a bad frog experience myself. Never got an full aquatic frog after that. They're cool creatures to own regardless of which kind it was.
