i've been tempted to sample my fish but I don't think I'd actually go through with it. But then again mine just destroy the tank not my hands, in fact they like to be petted.

you will betray their trust. LOL! they come to be petted and all of a sudden you scoop them up to cook. LOL!

WOW! My Red devils are in my neighbors pond killing all his koi. I've been thinking of selling them, but I know no one would buy them. And the LFS out here don't want large devils. I think I would buy a large 1.75 liter Henndog, and halfway through, I would just cook 'em for da boyz, thell em it's tilapia. hmmmm.....this might just work.

i have a 14in hoplias aimara in my freezer......... i would but she had a tewrrible case of ammonia poisioning and some nasty bacteria infections

No its not...its like eating your pet fish, fish don't rank as high as dogs...not even to fish hobbist. Its still kinda sick though. I never thought I would see the day when people eat their own pets, were supposed to promote keeping these fish, not eating them. Frankly...its selfesh and lazy I think.
