i got offered a job at pet store

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I think that's a good move on your part. take the job get the discounts and if you start hating it just give 2 weeks notice (so that you can still shop there) and move on to another job. keep in mind though, if he talked bad about the other workers then he might do they same to you one day.

Take the job. You will always have people comin in and askin not so bright questions. Like Vitaliy mentioned. But at least you can be there and set some of them straight. Plus you get the discounts.

You suck bro!! I hate you!! I would LOVE to have an opportunity like that! Even if it was a crappy little hell hole of a pet store. I would have noble intentions of snappin it around. But the experience, and opportunity are too great to pass up bro! Thats a priceless chance you should definately snatch up!

yeah im prob gonna do it

Hey, I hope you do it. I learned a lot and ended making a lot more money than my friends at their fast food jobs. Too bad I spent everything I made on fish and aquariums. Could have been worse though...

Worst job ever. I worked at Tropic Isle Aquarium in Framingham MA when I was 18-19, I guess about a year. I almost quit the hobby beacuse of it. Owners just wanted me to sell sell sell, no regard for the wellbeing of the fish. The only perk of the job was that I ****ed the owner's daughter at least 4 times a day.

Ellis London didn't like that, but he didn't fire me because he never saw his daugter so happy :)

(As witnessed on a storeroom camera...........)

The other good thing is that this precocious kid would always come in, and we would talk fish for quite a long time. This kid turned out to be Garrett from Flatfish.com.
