So much adorable cuteness!
Dad's been on a very expensive medicine called Atopica, based from cyclosporine and it's been helping his skin issue, but it messes w/ his hips so the Doc just gave a new prescription after talking to a specialist to combine that with these 2 new ones called Simplacef and Pentoxifyline and we're hoping it will fix him up. Been tripling his protein intake by mixing his food w/ a can of tuna fish, and 2 jumbo scrambled eggs w/ 1/2 cup of 2% milk mixed in.
Lucia, the Mom never sits still for pix as you might have noticed and the shutter flash was what made her get up and turn her ass to you lol She's very mild-mannered and well behaved unless she's hungry or needs to go outside, then she barks and whines until I finally get up
She's a gigantic PITA when it's time to trim her nails and she doesn't play rough like Diablo and Exodus. She's got that look on her face like "I had 8 kids, leave me the hell alone" lololol
"The Little One" as I nicknamed her (their daughter, Moose's sister) is attached at my hip - she follows me everywhere, especially when there's thunder and ill go to put my feet down in my recliner and she's sitting right there where my feet go.......sometimes she just plops down right ON MY FEET. The farts have seemingly disappeared for now, not sure why but i'm glad lololol. Her real name is "Exodus". She's been very interested inn my Medium-sized CA-American grow-out tank and my Jack Dempseys scatter everytime she goes up to the tank.
Moose has been doing great, the Piroxicam and Pepcid have been keeping the bladder tumor in check and he has been eating like a horse and has full, strong urine stream so we're hoping it will last another 8 years for him. He's also been getting the Verus holistic dogfood since his stay in the Veterinary- ICU/CCU and they get their medicine wrapped in lunchmeat or cheese everyday, and I give them broccoli, carrots, Romaine and varied veggies throughout the week.....
