This is horrendous. And there is no way fish would enjoy living in that compared to a nice tank with driftwood and plants.

You should find the kid that owns that tank and scream really loud at them. :grinno:

most fish are farm bred they dont know what a natural habitat is lol, That tank looks clean enough why hate it , I think its kinda cool .. not my style but better than most :chillpill:

Fine, maybe the fish don't care. But think about it, what would you rather live in? Something that mimics your natural habitat, or something as horrendous as this?

I would take a "happy cartoon land" over my "natural habitat" all day long. My habitat aka job sucks... I agree with Jose, at least this is better than the bare bottom tanks any day.. At least for the fish. I would set my kid up with a tank like that in a heartbeat. :D

To each his own I guess.

Come on man, you're telling me you'd refuse to set up a sponge bob tank for your 4yr old who's just getting interested in the fish-keeping hobby? Just because it isn't something that appeals to you?

I would refuse to setup a sponge bob tank because it looks incredibly tacky and is a terrible environment for fish IMO. Fish should have plants and should not have colorful gravel.
