i had 2 powerstips coming off it, one half full other full. had prob way to much for what it could take, but i never new there was a limit, well i new but if figured i would never go over, plus i never have had a problem tell now. but i had 2 emp 400, 3 heaters( forget size or kind i can go look if u want) 2 powerheads. 2 quiet ones pumps 500gph, 3 lights
