When I was young I had it really bad then it got better as an adult but now that I am moving on up there I do have some problems with it and been in the er twice a few years back. I could not afford the medication or doctor so I found this tip about drinking coffee. As long as I make myself drink two cups a day it keeps me out of the er. (Still don't much like the stuff.) I have never smoked. I am sure stopping well go a long way in helping you breath.
Have a cusiun that had it so bad he turned blue. He is still on meds.
