knifegill, great advice. So many tricks to relax/calm yourself down without having to resort to smoking

She is really rude and mean to the other ladies in the office about it. I have asthma and yes any scent that is flowery or very strong can cause an attack for me, but, I can burn candles with cinnamon. spice, apple and not have an issue. Each person has different triggers, for example some people only get it when they excerise. The cold can also bring on an attack in certain people (me) and if you are allergic to something it can bring on an attack. Yes it feels awful, can make your body feel like hell and is apita. She could be telling the truth or more likly she could be blowing it out of proportion, either way I do find the fact she can smoke funny, I think I'd tell her to stop smelling like smoke if she wants you to stop using any scent. As for smoking some peole will sneak out of hospital beds take their oxygen masks off to smoke, I will never understand it.
 
so what should i do when my grandmother smokes or my aunt smokes anyone that comes and smokes in the house? i know my grandmother or aunt wont go outside, and i still sleep in the living room so i can smell the smoke easlly
 
tbh, i never realized this, i never had asthma before, tell it got so cold here ( its only 10 degrees now ) could that have triggered my asthma? heck for all i know, i could have been born with it and didnt realize it..
 
Use your elemental control powers to clean the air....duh. Really though ask your doctor...he/she did spend at least a decade going to school and training for this exact reason. Really I highly doubt very many ppl who will answer this thread have a MD.
 
well i am moving out soon ( not tell the end of the month as i already paid my rent this month to granny ) going to share a 2 bedroom apt somewhre with my sis and her bf. hoping to get a place by janurary!

speaking of which, i finally watched the last air bender and can see why he was inspired. hahahahaha.

Good luck on movin out lbf. do your sis and her bf already have a place? if they do, i'd move out now and just forget about the rent you already paid. what happen with the job placement thing? last thread i read you were spending a day at a pets store
