Shut the light off and please GO TO THE STORE!
 
just got done with everything put some salt in the tank raised the temp and turned off the lights..... i dont think hes gonna make it hes looks almost dead but just barely breathing...

In the future when these things happen, don't wait to isolate a fish. The longer you wait, the less likely it will be that the fish makes it. Keeping cichlids, especially some of the ones you have. You always have to be prepared for these types of things. Keep aquarium salt available, a spare tank available and never wait. Also, do yourself a favor and buy a good test kit to accurately monitor your parameters.

Sorry about your situation. You just got this guy last week or so, right? I really can't tell what happened to him. Your GT or Oscar could have beat the heck out of him... have they shown aggr in the past towards any other fish? I've never seen markings like he has before, what ever they are.
