Another update...Finally started digging for the pond.
To understand below steps, keep in mind that Mr.T's current pond stands in the middle of his new home.
I've done that for reason that transferring him will need nothing but gravity and water, having him swim to the deeper part of the new pond by just dropping the liner.
First part completed, now need to wait for concrete wall to be put up at the front.
Once that's done, get the liner and roll that out from left side till the foot of the old pond.
Then pump out water from the old one, break down the sandbag side and drop the old liner over the new liner.
Fill up the new pond and take the last few sandbags away to create an opening for Mr. T to get to the new part that's finished.
Once done, build up a sand bag wall to keep the liner and water in place for the time being and then remove the old pond and dig out the rest of the new one.
That will be another couple of weeks to finish..Mean time, Mr. T. is curious, happy and looking good.
