This is probably the only mistake you made. I would have asked TFD to call you once they had been shipped, seems to me if that had been the case all would be well now.

Congrats on a well though out proffessional type post, this leads to a great discussion instead of a flame war. It does not seem to me that you are trying to bring down anyone. Well done. I would expect to see TDFs reply shortly.

Thanks, and yes in hindsight I should have called. I will definitely do so in the future! But overall, I can't help but feeling that I was at least somewhat justified in my assumption that they would be shipped the next day.

As for the fish, since I got them home three more have died (a threadfin, a neon tetra, and a transparent knife). Because I know they only guarantee live arrival I am not asking for these fish to be replaced, though I know sitting in cargo storage for a day probably had something to do with it.

Well first off Joe has great prices. Secondly, I really wanted the elephant nose knife fish and some other stuff I ordered, the tetras were more for my girlfriend as "fillers" to get us up to the $100 minimum order.

maybe to fill the minimum, who cares, maybe as feeders, maybe for his 3 yr old kid, does it matter. no. what matters is what TFD has to say, then we can all make eduacted guesses about who's what to believe.

What made it (so far): 4 hatchet tetras, 1 threadfin rainbow, 3 honey gouramis, a red tail sternella pleco, 10 angels, and a bunch of plants. The pleco looks awesome by the way, I love his spots. I really hope he makes it (he seems stressed though).
