I have been smoke free for the last two years. I'm not gonna lie and say I don't crave - I do.

Its just within the last year that I have seen the biggest benefit of not smoking:
more energy.

Also have the extra $30 I would've spent on smokes (weekly), comes in handy with these gas prices.
