Good going so far. I stopped Jan 6 2008 after 18 years.

I started my first week with some vacation. I told my wife to help me out. She wouldn't let me leave the house so my MFK posts picked up quite a bit.

I am cold turkey, but bought some cherry commit lozenges just in case.
