Its only been three days since I sold my tank and I already lost two fish. They both jumped out of the tub and dried out..
Last night, I found my baby jaguar next to tub and this evening I found my poly 10ft away from the tub...
It wouldve been much better if I did ethanize them at the start, at least they wont have to suffer of being dried out... I KNEW this is going to happen, so I check every day and still two dead fish... DAMN~!!!! x.x
Now I am down to THREE fish, 1)diamond rhom, 2)red tail payara and 3)black bar silver dollarI dont know what to do with them, its overwhelming and they are my favorite fish
The diamond rhom is on hungar strike now, Id think hes the next one to go and I cant do anything about it, IT SUCK!
I will post pic of my dried up fish in the morning, I am too depressed to do anything now
What? Why should you have bagged up your fish to freeze and kill them in retrospect of them jumping out of your tank?
You own fish that jump, why doesn't it have a lid?

i haven't seen your sales on local forums such as pnaquaria or kijiji
you could always trade in those fish to big als for store credit as they're not that large
and if you're willing to spend the effort of putting them in your freezer and killing them (???) you might as well post the fish up for free instead of looking for profit

If you "knew it was going to happen" (your words) I don't understand why you wouldn't have covered the tubs....? What am I missing here?

For anyone who doesn't know, this guy made a thread a few days ago asking the best way to kill his fish, because he wanted his girlfriend back that dumped him for taking care of his fish too much.......... In the meantime he apparently put his fish in a tub and sold his aquarium.

Part of this hobby is learning from our mistakes. Some lessons are def. harder to learn than others. Sorry bout your fish...
