I don't have a FB account and while I was aware of the different fish groups
on there I had no idea that negative comments or critiques were not allowed. No wonder that site is so popular....people get to post questionable looking material and don't get called on it. The whole thing sounds more like it should be named Safespace Book!

See whats even better for the snowflakes is the way the replies work on FB you can say anything and make any dumb claim the replies get burried and it's kind of hard to see them. Where on here and other forums a persons stupidity is on broadstreet

I honestly don't even understand why this subject was posted by the OP if you go to the sub forums where they differentiate species I doubt that you'll find a tank 55 gallons or below for the fish that require larger tanks besides people that keep Oscars and green terrors.... general aquarium forum and the plants and Aquascape section are pretty much the only places where you'll find the Nano tanks

I was thinking the same thing.

How big is a monster tank anyway? The average size tank across the hobby nowadays is 55 gal. So to me at least a medium tank would be 55 to 300 gal, 300 to 600 large, over 600 I might describe as monster,

I guess anything below 600 gal isnt worth keeping.

In 1905 it was the "opinion" of the builders of the Panama Canal, that yellow fever was caused by debauchery, drunkenness, dirt, and a generally ungodly life style, even though it had been scientifically proven 10 years before, the disease was spread by mosquitos.
Due to the U.S. canal builders "opinion". the science was ignored, and many thousands died.
There is opinion, and strong belief, and then, there are facts.
Its not about tank size, its about the size of the fish you put in the tank.
If its too big for the tank, unless you are very experienced, your success will be limited.
