i want a monkey

What color was it? It was probably a marmoset.
 
Monkeys should be in the wild, free than being caged. Anyway what about this type of monkey? I think this was the one I saw:

They're cute and all and it's probably some horrible person trying to make a quick buck. But...then again I guess there is someone arguing that fish aquariums are just as cruel. It's a complex issue, pet "ownership"
 
Marmosets are ***holes. I've seen some pics of some nasty bites inflicted by those little guys. They have some scary fangs, worse then a dogs.

what are u talking about.he said a monkey not a baboon.trust me i owned a spider monkey 3 years ago,and they are nice pets when they are trained.mine was put in the toledo zoo(donated by me)because they do better in those habitats

You have no Idea what you are talking about, you Impulse buy animals all the time and give them away. Absolutely no room to speak at all. A monkey, even a spider monkey Has FANGS. Would you like to see some pics of there teeth, Maybe some bite and scratch pictures? I'd be delighted to post them.

Also, forgot to add, a reason why it might not have had Its frontal canines, widh you seem to think it didnt is because its a common pratice for breeders of monkeys to remove the frontal canines, top and bottom Leaving the monkey with only molars. Some breeders even go to the extent for removing the fingers so they cannot scratch, sometimes in extreme cases removing the tail so that diapers fit better. It is a disgusting, unneeded act, that is performed to this day.

If It was my choice, all monkeys and primates would be banned from the pet trade and illegal to export.

Why should matter who I am? I dont know who you are, but I know how you treat your animals.

If you have spider monkeys, or Had rather, why not post pictures of you holding it? Oh wait, I forgot, you cant take pictures OR properly hold a camera.

All monkeys and primates are dangerouse. No matter what. No matter how long it has been trained, no matter how tame you think it is. It is a wild animal with wild instincts.

Your lack of respect and knowledge is sickening, You never take anyones advice, and when you try to give advice, its always something that is completely useless. Saying monkeys arent dangerouse. You have no Idea what youre talking about. Just because you think it makes a good pet doesnt meen it is. Remeber when you said you tamed your nile monitor?
