Well...new fry and I have to say im quite surprised. Now after seeing EBJD fry...FINALLY! It's pretty easy to identify them very early! These guys are 5 days free swimming and Im pretty sure I can already pick out the electric blues. They're the squared ones..obviously .

IF BB = Regular, Bb = Blue-gene, bb = Elec. Blue then.....
Blue gene X Blue gene is Bb X Bb = BB, Bb, Bb, bb 25/50/25 ratio
Elec,blue X Blue gene is bb X Bb = Bb, Bb, bb, bb 50/50 "

MY JD AND EBJD PAIR picked up fight...bt its more lyk a chase and not liplock....should i keep it together or separate it??

Just keep a watch on them ! You don't want to lose either one, especially the EBJD.
You should give more data about your fish; size,age,tank size, and sex of the EBJD.
*** Actually....... you should start a new thread..... IMO
 
ebjd is female jd is male...both are almost of the same size around 5 inches male 1-2 cm bigger.....tank size L=2 b=1.5 h=2...is it enough..i didnt wanted to loose any so just aft a few beatings have put up a partition..
plz help..its my first time with these...
