Banning fishes would be the only way to save billions of fishes lives...I would support, but authorities can kiss my ....

IMHO you should have to take a test to keep SW fish and Corals, and for most FW fish that take more then average care (I.E. not feeder goldfish)

Honestly I think SW fish get the worst deaths, FW fish have the smallest tanks.

Prohibition ONLY funds a criminal element. Every prohibition ever enacted has done the same things: increase demand, raise prices, and create crooked business groups. That's never good for the people involved, think about the fish! End ALL prohibition!!!!!

I would line my pockets with bags, fill with water, and smuggle guppies

Give up my fish.... WHAT?????? YEAH RIGHT, I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!

I'll disagree with your statement on an economic basis. Prohibition decreases supply, but demand stays the same. This can create the illusion of increased demand while prices rise because of decreased supply. The criminal element is created because of prohibition and the decreased supply and increased prices.

Yeah but you would have to be pretty stupid to remain on this site and boast about your collection.

HAHA MFK would be the biggest most notorious cartel ever...

I wouldn't keep them, but I wouldn't let them get killed either. I'm sure there would be plenty of people that would take them off my hands, even if I added a fee (which I wouldn't). But the fact is I have others to think of, considering I still live with my parents any punishment dealt when caught with fish would also apply to them.
Sure I could just as easily say I'll build a room in the hill in my backyard and put 5" thick steal doors on the front tand make them look like the hill side (we have joked about doing it and growing 'tomatos' in there). But I chose not to cause I know that is not what I would do.

I would probably die a slow painful death right after I heard the news.
