i have 1 umbee. it hides for the most part. doesnt seem to be as active as my dovii and nowhere neare my jags. theyre supposed to be more aggressive, but i personally dont see it

Yeah, from videos I've seen, they look tough, but not the same type of tough as a dovii

a pair i would say rays depending on foot print of said 180 gal maybe just for grow out. Or discus tank.

And I'm not a big fan of discus, although they are beautiful

I reckon get a Red Tail Giant Gourami, they are very personable fish and stay smaller than the regular Giant Gourami but with way better colouration.
