If you know what they're actually considered then that's what they are, but until I know the correct term I would personally call them webbed feet..
Just to clarify, UNTIL I KNOW WHAT THE CORRECT TERM IS, that is what I would consider them.. Anyways, what does this have to do with anything? Unless you're genuinely interested in my opinion on these creatures, which I think we both know isn't the case..
What region are you thinking she is from. Several thousand miles away from you, I guarantee and what are you concerns of her native status.
You may need to go back and read the post, the whole post, and not just part of it...

What does this have to do with anything? Let me put it in your own words, "Wow.. Just, wow.. Lol." You called the girl stupid, made it sound so simple to tell the difference between turtle and tortoise, "feet vs flippers" were your own words. However, a "lucky" girl with all the help and access still can't tell a red ear slider. I was going to ask what would you do if you find a red ear slider stranded on the road near a water body, but what does it have to do with anything anyway...
I thought everyone know what red ear sliders were. Aren't they the most common turtle in the pet trade?
