does anyone else find it ironic that this guy seems/professes to smoke a lot of a controlled substance (weed, dank, chronic, pot, grass, cheeb...whatever you wanna call it) yet he is worried about breaking the law with regard to fishkeeping. kind of funny, keep it burnin brotha

FYI, Canada is far more lenient when it comes to marijuana. My understanding is that possession of small amounts is perfectly legal.

it is in denver Co as well. in CA it is if you have a card, but the DEA just busted 3 different supply shops here in SD. they are the feds so it doesnt matter what the state law says. they can stop whatever they want whenever they want

 Hey man, trade ya some herb for a snakehead

On a serious note, I'm glad the law has clamped down on snakeheads. I remember the time when every LFS around where I live had LOTS of snakeheads for sale, just like there are too many pacus & oscars for sale now. It was inevitable that snakeheads would wind up in non-native waters and start messin' with the balance of things. Over-exploited hardy predator fish + thousands of buyers= BAD NEWS

I do have to say that as far as I know it is illegal in the US. I can't think of any state that allows them now. Some of the norther states maybe but I don't think so. If some one wants one that bad I know in the Potomac River in VA you can catch them. Some fishermen just found 80 babys and the Department of Game said that there is 100 if not 1000s mor in that small area of the River.

Just because someone breaks one law does not mean they will break others, if someone is a shoplifter does that mean they are also an arsonist? We all choose our own vices. Besiides, I think that his point was that people in the U.S. should stop PMing him about shipping them snakeheads.

wow...didnt mean to annoy mr. moderator. dont you think that if an arsonist went on and on about how immoral shoplifting was it may sound kind of funny. and yeah, i got his point. people should stop buggin him and do their own damn dirty work. i wasnt trying to piss anyone off, i just extracted some comic relief from that post. and all you illegal fish keepers, you should be ashamed at how you are putting the ecosystem in jeopardy (as i take another bong load and rape a dead hooker).

yeah they just busted a few cannabis clubs up in nor cal. i dont really see waht the big fuss is, who cares who smokes some dank here and there...or three times a day.

You didn't annoy me, I just thougt the thread was getting a bit far from the point.
I wonder if he can train his snakehead to do bong rips.

would you know if a snakehead had the munchies?
