it is in denver Co as well. in CA it is if you have a card, but the DEA just busted 3 different supply shops here in SD. they are the feds so it doesnt matter what the state law says. they can stop whatever they want whenever they want

I do have to say that as far as I know it is illegal in the US. I can't think of any state that allows them now. Some of the norther states maybe but I don't think so. If some one wants one that bad I know in the Potomac River in VA you can catch them. Some fishermen just found 80 babys and the Department of Game said that there is 100 if not 1000s mor in that small area of the River.
Just because someone breaks one law does not mean they will break others, if someone is a shoplifter does that mean they are also an arsonist? We all choose our own vices.
