I'm 8 months in to having No Boat...

I'm in the same lack of boat. I've got a boat... trolling motor, etc... Needs a battery, transom replaced... and a trailer... Ugh... Too many many things to do all at once, lol.
Miss being able to have the flexibility to get out in the deep water, shallow water, and everywhere in between. The place I like to fish has extremely brushy and steep banks, so the shore fishing is limited to certain (crowded) spots... But every now and then you still find a good spot.

Nice. Im going to buy a bass boat or a jon boat and turn it into a bass boat. Have a really expensive mercury outboard motor I think its 50 hp which might be way to big for a bass boat. It goes to my 15' dingy we used to bring on my 44' yacht. Until we sold it.

we are ordering a 90hp suzuki with jet drive so we can go though swamps ... i also have my own 10 trooper with a johnson 25 ... and it scoots i just need a trolling motor
 
jet drive is so awesome .. dont have to worry bout shallow water
 
indeed i love it lol and enough hp to get you onto plane ... just makes you giggly lol
