I wonder how much pain they go through after being chilled in the refrigerator, then sectioned and fatally wounded with a sharp metal instrument?
Wow, fish teeth and a gullet seem so brutal, no dignity for Earthworm Jim.

I wonder if the worms/fish poop feels the churning of those impeller blades on the pump as they whoosh through at 500gph or when I do a bottom vac and water change?

I wouldn't recommend freezing them. I froze some by accident once and thought it would be fine after they thawed..big mistake. After they thaw you're just left with a gooey smelly mess.

I know there's no easy way of killing anything (especially worms)

Finally threw in some live earthworms and my TSN ate it

ate about 6 of them



I figured I'd just throw them in live

as for my other fish,

I don't have any blades i wish to use for the worms,

so day 3 will be once i buy some worm cutting scissors
