dude.. I got arrested for driving a minibike on a neighborhood road. and 1 year probabtion with 1500 dollar fine.
they said i needed a motorcycle license and insurance.. Bull Sheesh!
There is no VIN for the mini bike and its made for minors 12 and up and was only 50 cc

Ya a laywer does help. For my battery case I hired a lawyer 750$ for the first meeting. Got out with 1 year supervision and a $450 fine, got the cs knocked out.

man that really sucks.......I've been pulled over once by a cop in an unmarked car.......I was doing 93 in a 55........He let me go without a warning even cuz he used to go to the same high school that I did........Good luck with your case though hope everything turns out well........
doug your lucky, 75 and over here gives a cop the right to arrest you and impound your car. Ill do 90 with traffic, but alone im going 55!
