Doing a oil change on my car, walk out onto my deck and I see the kid I got arrested for battery with. He looks at me, and takes of running. I laugh and say "ya you better run". Go to the front yard and finish changing my oil. Go inside clean my tools off and a cop knocks on the door. Says I was harassing 2 kids and a little girl (6-8yo's). I got pissed and told the cop to bring them right to my face and have them say that. He wasnt going to arrest me, so he went back to explain. Cop came back and arrested me.
Police report says I said I was gonna hurt the kid and his father to, that I confronted this one kid I have no idea who he is, had to ask around. That I was making scary faces etc etc etc. The neighbor kids were outside at the time and saw the whole thing so they are my witnesses.
These kids parents (one with battery charge) had the swat team out during the summer with k-9 and got busted for drugs and firearms (gun fight earlier). So right then and there there family is ****. His mother was drunk and still drinking on halloween on her driveway while giving kids candy.
+1 on riding a motorcycle way too fast. I couldn't tell you how many times I've looked down at the speedo over 100. It's just soooo smoooth Officer that I didn't realize I was speedingoscarluvr;1425446; said:

1,500$ fine, 20 days in Jail, lisence suspended for 1 Year. Pending on good traffic behavior (for one year)...Which means if I get caugh sneezing wrong while driving or going 3mph over they can haul me off for 20 days right then and there...
Ordering my TX driving record- 40$ (and it never came)
Time wasted- Priceless
not actually having to pay 1500$ or go to jail (yet)- also priceless
...now Im Scerred to drive at all, i must seem like a crack head- hands at 10 and 2, going 5mph under looking in all 3 mirrors and over my shoulder constantly (in my Ram), then back at the speedOmeter...and its just not safe to ride a bike in the slow lane, nobody gives you any space or even notices you... but on the bike I save ssSSOOOooo much $$ on gas...What a F'n mess Im in.
Nothin but bad luck since I'v been in this State. I still call it Communist-wealth...
My bro(I'm in va) was going 130 in a 60, he slowed to 117 when he saw the cop... he got 10 days and like $2500, his license was suspended for a year..
He still drives like a crazy person..

I see what your getting at, but a cop is just another man, trying to do his job, feed his family, etc...Its the environment that the police officer is brought up in that makes him the way he is, the problem is a judgement call, and a quota...also the policies that he is supposed to enforce...always politics, d@mn politics. the guy who pulled me over, and showed no mercy to the situation was just enforcing what he was taught (and he was a dork who probably got picked on in highschool) im not so much mad at him as I am mad at...well i broke the law so who can i be mad at..?
but like I said earlier Out in the boondocks of tx, a deputy wouldnt even consider pulling someone over for speeding alone...

I also have a problem with beating other peoples kids and dogs...If you cant Disciplin your pet or little brat, then Ill do it for you (if they come into my space of course)

haha dogs. Ya I didnt hit the kid, just put him into the bush across the street. He got a tiny scratch on his stomach. Pansy. Dont start nothing if you cant finish it!
Iv only gone off my property to make someone shut up once. I forget what he said but I got out and slapped him across the face and stood there. He got quite REAL fast, never had a problem after that. I figure slap is better than a punch
