Court costs here for a fine such as that would be less then $200. I cant believe that the feds didnt get involved though. I guess the feds dont make a huge deal out of it as we are led to believe.
For the person saying that there is no hi-tech fish patrol read the article I posted. The guy was rated out by some one who visited his house. It could have been as simple as the plumber noticed the SH an ratting him out or as bad as an ex. You never know.
